FREC 4 Entry Requirements

To enrol on the QA Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF), learners must meet the following criteria:

✅ Be at least 18 years old on the first day of training
✅ Hold a QA Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF), or a Qualsafe-recognised equivalent
✅ Provide a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) profile that includes at least 118 hours of study and/or contextualised practice (as outlined in Appendix 5)

🔎 Recommended: A minimum of Level 2 in literacy and numeracy (or equivalent) is advised to ensure learners benefit fully from the course content
