Level 3 Activity First Aid (RQF)

First Aid Training Courses

This course we offer enables you to gain a SCQF Levl 6 or RQF Level 3 Award in Activity First Aid. This course is suited to individuals and professionals working in recreational and activity settings and will benefit greatly from the Activity First Aid qualification, which is specifically designed to focus on sports and activity-related situations and provide first aid skills and knowledge to those in charge of leading people and groups on outdoor walks, football training and other sports activities.

CR Training Solutions is proud to be a Scottish Youth FA approved sports, first aid provider. The Activity First Aid qualification has been authorised by the SYFA (Scottish Youth Football Association) for football coaches and is ideal for individuals active in voluntary and community initiatives. The course requires a minimum age of 14 to participate.

Course Overview

During this 2 day course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, head and spinal injuries, abdominal injuries, external bleeding, anaphylaxis and more.

Assessment Methods

1 x Multiple Choice Question Paper (Theory assessment) & Practical Assessments
